Supporters have really had ENOUGH of putting up with this dross home game after home game and something has to change. Abject and unacceptable garbage.
and only two league home wins all season

Back from the game. Wasteful in front of goal, we never look like scoring. Could see the tide turning at around 60th minute, but clearly Roy didn't. WH did himself few favours, and was getting irritating seeing Zaha beat 2-3 players multiple times, giving them ample time to rush back and pack the box. Townsend's crossing was poor. Set pieces were generally poor. Ayew looked lively initially, and good to see Benteke back on the pitch. No idea why Schlupp came on. We need a plan B when plan A invariably doesn't produce results. But Roy doesn't have one. Each week he doesn't have one. I'm concerned. Edited by davenotamonkey (12 Jan 2019 7.17pm) Yet another game where we dominated for spells but never looked like scoring. As above Zaha and Townsend seem to be the main culprits. Bit radical this, but perhaps it’s them that need replacing? Our defence can’t always hold out as seen today when those in front of them fluff so many chances. The final ball by those two mentioned is so poor as is their shooting. Yes Townsend will occasionally score a worldly but we need bread and butter goals from him and crosses that don’t involve forever taking another touch/cut back before sending it in? Zaha now seems to be allowed to have the ball by opponents without them jumping in at him as they know he will screw up sometime in his possession as seen today with shooting and crossing. Credit to Watford today though as they never gave up and all the while we had just the one goal (scored by them) they had a way back. Benteke back will probably mean the long ball to him again which may be the answe if he sticks a few away - im not holding my breath though :-(

Yep, Wilf should’ve scored 1 of those 2 chances. He’s not playing well for his standards this season.

I honestly thought this would be Wilf's last season here however the way he is playing at the moment I can't see any serious offers being made for him.
One of the biggest mysteries in life is that loud stupid people normally don't have even the slightest inclination that they are stupid. |

Yesterday, I watched another terrible performance by the team who have done little to entertain their home supporters this season. In my case, it won't be a difficult decision whether to part with my limited resources for a renewal next season. I've had enough of watching this $hite!!!

It is an extremely fine line, the inches it took McArthur to miss actually. This is what the shit is, having the tremendous excitement blown away by an inch.

Recently I watched a compilation of Solskjear's goals - always there for the rebound, the tap in, the worldly - that is what we miss, a player who just stands in the middle and has an instinct for goal. Wilf and Andros are lost because they think or have been taught to think they have to save the day. Wrong. Edited by southnorwoodhill (13 Jan 2019 1.04am)

We have a team of players who can't score. Wilf never looks like he's going to score, even when he's one on one. Townsend scores a couple of worldies each season, but how often do you actually see him in the box. Macarthur, kayoute, Meyer, Luka (penalties aside), how many have these midfielders scored between them. Tompkins used to score a few from corners , not anymore. Van arnholt used to score a few, not any more. AWB gets around the box and never shoots, What the f**k is going on????

Not sure I agree with this. The only game I remember like this is Chelski. Our problems in front of goal have been from the start of this season. Newcastle and Wolves spring to mind. Sakho missed that header! and then in the next match away to Bournemouth gave them a penalty for stupid handball!! ..three points thrown away!

But of course that was Hodgsons fault.
