Yes, it should have been. Perhaps the ref wasn't convinced about the first penalty and was trying to even things up. Townsend really stood out today though. Aside from the goal he did a brilliant job of helping to keep Sane quiet. The commentary said City had an off day, but I think in fact tactically Hodgson outsmarted Pep. We almost beat them last time out and we did it this time.

had a fiver on Palace win/draw+ Luka to score + both teams to score at 40/1. Anyone else enjoy that even more with some winnings? One of the greatest league wins in our history imo.

Is there anything that epitomises being a Palace fan quite like what we just witnessed. Less than a month ago. 3-0 down to our fiercest rivals at half time, who are down to 10 men. To this. Being a Palace fan is complete and utter bats***. And it just gets madder by the season. Wow. I dunno whether to go for a lie down or a run.
