I thought Tomkins was really good today. A lot of short passes went astray. Although he scored I didn't think RLC played that well. Hennessey played well made a good save in the first half and came out well from an awful pass from Luca.

Well, watching Palace is never boring, is it?

I think we needed that ugly win. Glad Sakho got the winner. Special mention to Tomkins - had a very good game from what I saw.

3 points off safety, 1 off Swansea and 4 games unbeaten at home. Things are definitely looking up.

Not struggling too much with a striker.
8 goals in last 4 home games!
A good away win at Brighton and we could be out of the bottom 3 next weekend!

Bizzing to finally get 3 points.

West Ham should have won but let in 2.
Spurs deserved a draw.
Everton got cheated and gifted them a goal.

We really are struggling without a striker but we just need to keep in distance and not fall behind.

Wasn't sure on Roy but he's doing a good job with what he has.

Hopefully we beat the scum on Tuesday.

Sometimes you don't get what you deserve.

We didn't deserve the 3 points but got them. After getting almost naff all out of so many games where we played so well this feels extremely satisfying.

Just what we needed! Played our worst game for a while, but nicked the points. That's the name of the game when you're in relegation sump. RLC more useful middle of park, but my God for Zaha - his never-give-up before the winner. Selling him in January? You bet....

How good does this feel. I must admit that I was sure it would end up a draw but what a change for us to be scoring right at the death instead of conceding. Shawcross is probably weeping into his hanky right now with that miss.
I can't help but think we need to start Tekkers on Tuesday. We looked toothless in the first half and despite him not playing that well we at least looked more dangerous. We'll need someone up front to test Dunk and Duffy because we won't beat them aerially otherwise.

We can't unless we tonk Brighton and West Brom also get hammered. As optimistic as I'm feeling right now, I can't see that happening.
