This, live in the present and disagreeing with SP action s doesn't mean there is persona dislike jut many on here seem unable to separate the two

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

It sounds like you didnt listen he clearly said what i stated

You said he lied because he said that he didn't arrange the pre season and and that was arranged by the manager and the commercial staff. You then go on to say to say that it was a lie because frank wasn't manager then.

When challenged about this my other posters, you berate them for not listening to the interview.

I ask you to listen again yourself, then apologise to the posters who replied to you.

Parish was not referring to FdB.

Not one fan thinks what's happened is good. But that doesn't mean we should all wet our selves and demand Parish sells up like a few seem to be doing.

Nothing good will come from the negativity...

I understand why the HOL Radio team have to tread somewhat lightly with Parish if we want him to still come on for interviews, and this has been very well dealt with by Chris H. But I do share some of ME's frustration that, because of that, SP can duck and dive around the difficult questions, and I would like him to be questioned by an interviewer who can subject him to a more forensic examination, because they're not constrained from being overly confrontational.

For some reason, I thought of a spotlight in his face, The Jeremy Kyle Lie Detector, or perhaps some light water-boarding

I'm not sue if even talkSPORT has resorted to those methods yet...although it is an idea...

Another fan just assuming we throw a bottomless pit of money at all our problems... Zzzz

We actually had the same pit of money on the last day of the transfer window when we tried to do a couple of deals as we did a month earlier so the lack of a backup striker had nothing to do with funding

Well said Steve. I'm actually sickened by this new wave of negativity from the Premier League tourists who think we deserve better than a man who gives everything to this club. Calling for him to 'sell up' and 'move on' so that some silly Chinese/American/Arab can buy us out, change the kits and name us 'The Cristal Palace Eagles'.

Why should he have the luxury of sitting at home when he is the chairman of the company earning a salary of £650,000 a year.

This man that you claim "gives everything to this club" actually earns an annual salary probably larger than most people earn in ten years and it's his job to foresee problems and sort them out.

And, as the TV money is decided in May, we won't have significantly more to spend in January either, unless we manage to sell off some of those we're not going to use, albeit I can't see them raising much.

I've only listened to the first 15-20 minutes of the interview, I'm sure I heard SP claim he doesn't earn anything out of the club. I may have misheard or taken it completely out of context but I thought that's what I heard?

In fact, didn't SP give up his duties for TAG, in order to spend more time running the club ?

Anyone can do a decent job when the sun is shining and things are going swimmingly.

The measure of any man (or woman)is how they respond in difficult circumstances. Football is not an exact science.

I'll give the guy some slack, and I'm pleased we have him as Chairman.

The latest accounts show a total remuneration to directors of £692,000 and that one director received all of that £692,000:

that is a great link by Bexley dave, for the accounts.

Loads of info
I had no idea the 3 Directors were now Parish, Harris and Blitzer, with Browett and Long resigning in Dec 2015

Everyone should have a read of that document
