Peter Taylor hands down. I remember coming back from the States to see Palace play Sunday morning football vs Burnley. Taylor was mute in the dug out. Eventually I was so pissed off with his lack of leadership I started to shout instructions at the players myself. (I have a very loud voice and was almost at pitch level in a sparse crowd). My girlfriend Karin said she saw Freedman actually speeded up as a result of my exhortations to him in particular.
