Thank goodness he didn't, he paid them back in the best way possible.

Joking aside (!) shouldn't the klutz who pushed Wilf still have been shown the yellow card? Maybe he was, but I doubt it.

IF the ref had signalled 'play-on' after the 1st foul, then he would've blown up for the 2nd & we wouldn't've got our 5th goal, tho, Lerma would be shown a yellow. Thank god the ref cocked it up
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Not being funny/pedantic but can you not play advantage for more than 1 foul? Not pedantic at all, if you allow advantage on 1st foul then anything that happens after is still subject to normal match laws. Therefore a 2nd foul was committed in the same play, therefore warranting an immediate pulling up for a foul, seeing what Lerma had done a red would be very possible & a yellow at least. As I posted earlier, good job the ref 'forgot' the laws for a bit

At my age a dribble is all there is to celebrate. Joking aside (!) shouldn't the klutz who pushed Wilf still have been shown the yellow card? Maybe he was, but I doubt it. Yes without any doubt and the tackle before that incident looked nasty too.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle Wilf said he is very ambitious, yet he has already missed his chance with England, opting for Ivory Coast due in my view to his lack of belief in himself that he would be picked by Southgate. If he was in the England set up now, would he be a regular star? I doubt it. He is too non conformist for Southgate. So at best he would be a fringe squad player. He is tempestuous. We have all seen it. He plays with emotion. When it goes with him he is brilliant. When it doesn’t. He can disappear or worse. We have all seen it. Here we just turn a blind eye and support him back on song. Where else would he have his name and his slogan (he’s just too good for you) ringing in his ears around a fever pitched stadium like on Saturday?

Atmosphere is such a big thing in pro football sadly lacking at many grounds. Broadcasters,Sky BBC etc should make a point of including the singing. So when 20,000 plus fans were in unison singing ‘He’s just too good for you’ on Saturday after Andros’ goal then play it for the public in all its glory. The roof was coming off and they just cut it.

Obviously your telly doesn't have 'Sports Mode' - fades down the commentary and creates and 'stadium' effect for the crowd sounds.
