This BBC video on US sanctions against Iran is sympathetic to its cause. Of course, Trump is painted as the evil person here. It fails to mention WHY Trump is acting tough (they were breaking the terms), fails to mention other countries in the Middle East that support the move (Saudi Arabia, Israel etc) and doesn't explain WHY other countries don't agree (trade deals). Again, s*** journalism that tells you very little except that it's Trump's fault. [Link]

Many in the progressive left are openly racist to whites, especially white men in America.

It's funny really.....the Democrats are the party that rails against racism the most yet it is the most openly racist party.

The party that literally promotes identitarian views amongst minorities yet screams racism when a fraction of the majority do it.

On Hol, we have seen some progressives openly using the 'gammon' statement and then hilariously claiming it isn't racist.

The progressives/regressives are something else.

Well, some kicking that was.

Fared quite well for a mid term president....better than Obama last time out anyway.

By the way, I'm not a republican.....but I am a nationalist. The thread is more about the ridiculously biased nature of the media against Trump than it is about anything else.

Demographics mean that the republicans are on a timer anyway.....much like the Tories will never win the London majorship again.

I think Trump has a good chance in 2020 due to the poor nature of Democratic leadership talent.

However, demographics always win and soon enough the US will be permanently blue and perhaps even fully socialist.

If people think that now is a dangerous time.....wait until that happens. China and Russia aren't stupid, they know the morons they can push about are coming.

Lots of gains for them to come....both economically and geographically.

I don't think DanH realises that virtually every sitting president in history has lost seats in the midterms and it was predicted again.

First mid-terms: Obama lost 63, Clinton lost 53, Trump lost 26.

Trump gained 3 seats in the Senate.

If the democrats can retain their 8% lead in the popular vote, it won't matter how much Trump rigs the vote in 2 years time.

Trump did not win the popular vote at the presidential election either, narrowly losing to Mrs Clinton.

She should be president but that would mean democracy and one man one vote.

Like us that would never do.

in recent history yes and the bi-partisan nature can either be said to stifle progress or balance radicalism, but one thing we all know is f*** all will get done.

Now we wait for the all to familiar US budget pantomime.
