I vote for the ginger one, he's built a decent team at Burnley.

That result was down to our being f***ing s*** IMHO. They didn't let us play and Wilf barely got a kick. Ward and the defence were really exposed and he bought on a rapid sub who finished us off shortly after coming on. His results with limited resources are amazing and he knows the league back to front. How can names like Mancini seroiously be considered ? Would be a fvcking disaster.

My brother, was told by his workmate whose ex-wife was a very, very close friend of the bebab shop owner, that the kebab shop owner's son,who is an electrical appliance repair man,was called out to repair SP's neighbours washing machine, and so she was forced to use the local launderette.Just goes to show. All of SP's neighbours call out Pimlico Plumbers 24 hour service, whatever the cost, or take it to the dry cleaners. Actually they probably have a dry cleaners come and collect all their washing. My £10,000 is safe.

Someone on the bbs makes a very good point about Dyche using us to get a new contract. Personally I hope Dyche signs a new deal for Burnley opening the door for Pellegrino to join us.

Want Pellegrino but I don't think he's Parishes "long term" man. We might get 3 years out of him, which is fine as far as I'm concerned.

Dyche would be a fantastic appointment. Burnley barely gave us a sniff a few weeks ago and nearly won the game in the first ten minutes. Lots of the chat on here is very Charlton "next level" and incredibly naive. Nonsense. There's a difference between expecting to go to the next level and having an ambition to progress. If you don't have ambitions to improve as a club, what is the point? Could be said in most ares of life, it's a losers mentality. There is also a massive difference between trying to progress in the wrong way "too much too soon type" and trying to progress in the right way. For every Charlton there are many other examples of clubs who've methodically and strategically implemented progress successfully. I'd argue accepting our lot will inevitably end up in tears, you have to keep looking at ways to improve and whilst I already stated that Dyche wouldn't actually be all that bad and perhaps for now would give us a bit of stability, I doubt he'd improve us all that much and I fear some of our skilful players who we've worked hard for and payed good money for will stagnate under his system and tactics. Dyche is probably second to wenger on current PL team managers- closely run by Hughes or Howe. Do you want someone comfortable bobbing up and down the leagues like Warnock or Holloway? Or do you want someone progressive who is seeking a brighter future because they are ready and they know they can progress?
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |
