That’s a fair point but it doesn’t help with long term planning. Do we do planning, better ask our American co-owners who seem to have gone missing? To see Wilf tearing the Arsenal defence a second one was worth the match day ticket alone... he was revelling in it...

The likes of Aresenal, Spurs, Man Utd IMO can forget it. The move if any is not about money it's about winning things and I can fully understand that. Real Madrid, Barca, Juventus, Man City and Bayern I can see being acceptable if the transfer fee is right. Man City I doubt having Sterling so we will see.

Lets see if someone does as I suspect that Palace will value him higher than anyone wanting to buy him. I still think AWB is the most likely to depart in order to raise funds.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

He's only recently signed it so I'm sure he knew what he was doing back when he did. So unless one of them comes in and meets the asking price nothing changes.

At best he may get Arsenal or Chelsea

After the game, Zaha said: "To be honest the only thing I'm thinking about is Palace. I'm a Palace player right now and I don't know what the future holds for me. "I'm here at Palace, working for Palace. I'm not being distracted by anything else." Nothing is certain. If a bid comes in and Zaha wants to go to that club, because zaha will know as soon as Parish knows, then he could be off. But a bid has to come in and meet Parish’s valuation, unless Zaha thinks Parish should accept it or the interviews are to get Parish to accept one that isn’t in the high side of whatever Parish desires, say £80 mil. Yes i agree 80 mill is a fair amount for him , his value to us is at least that. he has pulled out a lot of match winning goals this season and how much would it cost to replace him. Also i wouldnt put much faith in Mr Parrish and co to invest the money back into the squad .
oh yeah ,fcuk off brighton. |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle I just watched MOTD2 for the highlights of Arsenal v Palace. In the opening titles, the picture of Wilf seems to have been replaced by a picture of Andros (at least I'm pretty sure that it's been a picture of Wilf all season).
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

I would hope he could go to a top european club, like barcelona, or madrid, but if he went to an english club city or united , maybe liverpool! Wouldnt mind spurs, but not arse or chels, arse had to much success out of wrighty to last them a lifetime on us, and chels are a spent force without the russians dosh once he f***s off for good!

It makes me laugh to read Spurs say it's too high an amount to pay for Wilf and then read that they will want 100 million for Erickson.

I seem to remember that comment when Spurs pinched Bostock from us and complained to the tribunal that the price was too high and they were taking a risk. Don't pinch the player then.
