Why a 2nd Referendum is a bad idea. Apparently if we have a 2nd Referendum the MPs in favour of it are suggesting it will be a binary question something like: If you wish to leave the EU vote for the May / Corbyn Deal or if you wish to stay vote to Remain. This is a terrible idea as it disenfranchises millions of voters. I do not want a May / Corbyn deal neither do I wish to remain that means I either vote for a deal I don't want or I just don't vote. I would think that a legal challenge would be successful for that reason. Even if the Referendum excluded Remain and was a choice between leaving with a May deal or leaving without a deal the same problem arises. If you are a Remainer you have no voice. Now I believe the result of the first Referendum should stand but if you are going to hold a 2nd one then Remainers should have a choice. So a binary question doesn't work you could have more than 2 options but again how do you interpret the result: 1. Vote May / Corbyn deal Now you have split the Leave vote whilst the Remain vote is simple. Again I foresee multiple legal challenges. I now have no idea what is going to happen reports today are that Tory party members are downing tools and donor funds have dried up. We live as they in interesting times.

It looks like May's deal or no Brexit so on that basis I think they will cancel it. Anti democratic remainers slowly derailing Brexit in favour of big business cheap labour EU.

If that is the case the Poll Tax Riots will seem like a minor disagreement when 17,400,000 voters show their disapproval of their anti democratic government

The difference between leave and remain in June 2016 was only 1.2 million and if they want to riot who cares. It is far more likely they are p****d off with brexit as well.
