Are there stats supporting that? How much (if any) comes from Christian organizations? That does happen, though in America the religious right tend to be quite strongly pro Israel. But when you check out the donor meme....it's no lie.

The protests have nothing to do with their religion. The protests are because tens of thousands of civilians are being massacred. Again, much like the protests when majority Christian Ukraine was invaded. Most people object to mass murder of women and children of any religion, funny enough. Yeah, we remember all those people on the protest marches against Christian Ukraine being invaded... Not. I think perhaps you're kind of talking about progressives who would feel strongly enough about both....and progressives are mostly middle class whites.

Why are over 75% of protesters Muslim. Coincidence ?

USA stepping back from it's support, with the UN security Council Resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire, not being vetoed. "Israel has cancelled a meeting in Washington after the US declined to veto a UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza." (BBC website) Way too little, far too late. Time and again, Western powers are devoid of influence in international conflict.

To what extent has Israel infiltrated the British political establishment? 80% of Tory MPs members of 'Friends of Israel'. 40% of the shadow cabinet funded by pro-Israel lobbyists. Former tory foreign minister Alan Duncan 'the Israelis think they run the Foreign Office, and they do!' A very interesting clip from Declassified UK.

The 80% figure is from 2009, don't know whether it is still accurate. However, the group is called Conservative Friends of Israel and it's purpose is to support Israel and promote Conservatism in the UK. So it is hardly surprising that is has a good number of Tory MPs as members - why shouldn't there be. Similarly, there is a Labour Friends of Israel which has a hundred or so Labour MPs as members.
