It is a religious ideological war that will continue until we kill their antichrist under the banner of the Prophet of Allah … tighten the plans and diversify operations: Blow them up with explosives, burn them with incendiary bombs, shoot them with bullets, slaughter their necks with knives, and run them over with buses.” From a speech by IS leader, Abu Hudhayfah Al-Ansari, 4 January 2024 All religious extremism is an evil abomination, whatever its origin, and needs to be resisted by good people everywhere. Fortunately, the majority of Muslims are not extremists. They are like us, trying to live peaceful lives bringing up families and are good people. Getting them to resist and be on our side must be the aim. Showing genuine empathy for the suffering in Gaza can help that. Casting them all in the same net as the extremists doesn’t.

Do you not think you could compile equally reprehensible quotes from Israeli extremists? Does this person have any affiliation to Palestine?

If I read it correctly, the UN has voted for an immediate ceasefire with no veto being lodged, hence it passed. The UK government also voted in favour; isn’t that what the regular marches in London were demanding that the UK do so?
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

Israel's conduct has become increasingly impossible to condone (despite many on here trying) and it was always going to reach a tipping point with the US.

Na, they just want rid of Netanyahu's government because he's screwing up support from some of their base. It's for no other reason. They won't stop delivery of both economic and military aid to Israel....because most of the funding for both parties is from Jewish donors. In reality It's performative as Netanyahu is going to do what he's going to do. Edited by Stirlingsays (25 Mar 2024 5.52pm)

If 90% were, do you think these marches would be taking place ? Not from British Muslims, of course not. Would you expect them to? Then again, would you get that 100% blind support for Israel from US evangelical Christians? Without that, would the state of Israel now exist? Would their neighbours have tolerated one brand of infidels simply being replaced by another?

How much (if any) comes from Christian organizations?

My point is the self flagatatery actions of all of these marchers is because they’re Muslims in palestine. Don’t worry though as I’m sure there is footage about anti isis marches in London about the recent attack in Russia.

The protests are because tens of thousands of civilians are being massacred. Again, much like the protests when majority Christian Ukraine was invaded. Most people object to mass murder of women and children of any religion, funny enough.
