staffie, haven't been on HOL in a while, but was having a look today, and one of my more recent posts was asking if you could find the album Planet Pit, by Pitbull. This was a couple of months back, and you said it would probably only be out about a week before release - oddly enough, I just saw in my first request for it that it is released today! So I was wondering if you had seen it, or if it was still not there?

Todays first download is an unreleased album by David Bowie that was recorded in 2001. This has only just leaked onto the internet and I immediately grabbed it. It's in superb quality and has been taken from studio master tapes. This is a rare one, it's not often an unreleased album appears. This has been long known about - but only a few poor quality tracks have been available in the past. This is the full monty... so I knocked up a cover and have added it to the file. This is a must have for any fans of the thin white duke. Todays second download is a set by The Eagles which was recorded at BBC Studios in London, March 1973. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set. This is early Eagles - the band were in London promoting their second album "Desperado". They play several songs from their first album - including all 3 singles released from it : "Peaceful Easy Feeling, Witchy Woman and Take It Easy" but they only play 2 songs from the Desperado album "Out Of Control" and "Saturday Night" - and they dont play the 2 best known songs "Tequila Sunrise" and title track "Desperado". This is however a crackin boot and if you like early Eagles, you won't want to miss this one.... Todays extra download is the bootleg or album that I've posted by this band - which I find hard to believe. The band are called Wilco and this is a show they did in New York in June 1997. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an fm broadcast. I've made a note to find some more boots/albums by Wilco.
