I implied nothing about Christian schools and don’t about any school. My argument is about all schools and every religion. I don’t think anyone should have any direct or indirect influence over a school other us, collectively. It should be a place free of outside influences, where all children, from whatever background, get taught common standards of behaviour and respect for each other. That some do that now is undoubtedly true but for this to work it cannot be discretionary. It must apply either to all, or to none.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

You'd think he's pretty much already cancelled in academic circles, like David Starkey, but I haven't been really paying attention since I stepped down from my academic career.
