Could be done by the end of the week as, apparently, Newcastle want it done quick (before someone else muscles in??)

PS Still 3 and a half weeks till the window closes.

He is a good footballer - way better than Harry McGuire but at the same time, he is quite short for a central defender so I am not too bothered.
I reckon £60m in todays market is good.

So much as I think Olise was worth a lot more. 60/70 million for Guehi is madness. He is decent but in my view easy replaceable and will hardly be missed.

How much do Chelsea get of that?

(Sorry, if someone's already answered)

I care little if he goes, or indeed for how much, but I do object to strengthening the most despised, morally corrupt and overentitled club in this country or any other. That HF banner a couple of seasons ago said it all and nothing has changed except the media having been schmoozed into not talking about it.

Wherever money is involved ethics becomes a tradable commodity.

If Genghis Khan bought a football club and flooded it with billions you wouldn't hear a peep from the club's fans aside from glee.

He doesn't want to be here so goodbye Marc. Hoping Ebs stays but i doubt it especially now that City have 82m burning a hole in their pocket

I think Guehi is top quality and will be severally missed by us.

I dont disagree except to suggest that in this case the majority of local fans would assume their sponsor was a new Mongolian restaurant in Byker

He will be sold if the club deems it sensible. If not, he won't.

I'd be holding out for more than his market value. We don't need to sell.

Yes, this gets my goat.
