COmplete nonsense. Edouard is second highest scorer this season and keeps being put in places like left wing to defend. Hughes has done a job in many games is he pretty to watch no but is capable if put in correct role. Wharton does look good but I noticed he is not very quick this is something we really are lacking pace Eze did hardly anything he scored and the run before apart from that nothing. This system wont work with current players most of them are not mobile enough yes once this season is over and the fitness work can be started correctly it really will help but people like Mateta you can't make into someone who keeps chasing the ball even Roy understood this. When we signed Andersen I was not impressed but others praised it I mentioned back then how he was prone to errors look at Fulham and how he fell apart when they really needed him to step up. The manager really needs to do some research on our players he doesn't appear to understand much about them. What is going on with Schlupp? 1 complete rubbish

A common feature of his game. He can do the amazing, yes there's no doubt about that, but I was wondering how many luxury players the club needs? Also he never appears fully fit. What a silly post

Schlupp is not injured, it was rumoured he had a 'personnel' issue, what, is anybody's guess.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

He was in no mans land for the throw, should of been behind the player nearest to him, in front of goal. Made it way too easy to move it forward from there. Didn't have the foresight/speed to get there at all. That said this was only one incident of clown defending yesterday. Badly need somebody to organise the team at the back. At least Ward looked vociferous at times. Luton will be a very hard test as they will have a right old go at our defence. If we panic like yesterday here it may be an ugly day for us.

Hire Roy and you know that you can get away with a minimal spend and little player movement. Hire Glasner and I think we can expect the opposite. I think Dougie is going to have a busy summer ! At the risk of stating the obvious this season is proving to be a good one to be cr*p. Next season we won’t get away with a small squad and late game fitness problems.

1 complete rubbish Thank god for it yesterday, it’s not often I bother going to away games these days through sheer laziness, but without Eze’s flash of brilliance giving us that glimmer of hope for 15 minutes I would have had nothing for my efforts

Luton will be a severe test with their aerial presence and physicality in forward areas. Both Anderson and Ward will be very much second-best having to cope with the power of Carlton Morris and Elijah Adebayo.

Fitness is the answer. I was reading an article about how OG wants to press press press. In his interviews he is saying that the levels are only there for 70 minutes. It is clear that this is the issue. The players clearly have the tools for much of the game it is the fitness they don’t have. Look where we would be if we could carry our first hours level into the final stages, we would be top half of the table. I also read this week that OG has the players in on Sundays now, he wants intense training up to Thursdays with the ability to play 120 minutes at high intensity. Once the Luton game is out of the way and with 3 weeks break to train I really think we will see a sharper fitter team against Forest and Bournemouth.
