Roy thinks he is a good fit for us I don't know whether he will get involved. He needs games much like Mateta.

Agree with that, not the kind of striker I hope we are not going for. I don't wholly agree as time will tell what he develops into; but I don't care enough about him to bother whether or not we take the risk.

Not for me. This would be taking a chance on someone else’s young striker, who cannot get in their team. Don’t we have our own young strikers in the U23 we could try?

Not sure about this. Rumour's are that his wage demands are high. Also feels like he is doing us a favour by coming to us rather than a hungry young player who seems to be what we have signed recently.
I'm so Palace I don't even know it |

Save the money for a certain Conor G. when he becomes a bench player for Chelsea.

I have to say that if this is what is happening then I'm not at all sorry.

I think you're right. I'm now hearing that his wage demands are the sticking point once again as they were in the summer and that the club are cooling their interest and looking to keep JPM till the end of the season instead. I have to say that if this is what is happening then I'm not at all sorry. Me either. It looks like PV doesn't fancy him if his press comments are anything to go by. This has the feel of a Tom Ince to me as in a player that thinks he'd way better and more important than he is. Having said that he'll probably go on to be the greatest PL striker ever - lol

Sounds like this is off based on the press conference. And to be fair, Arsenal are short up top so might be keen to hold onto him vs lose him for a few mill. He'll likely get some minutes now Auba is out.

Player merry go round. We wont let JPM go until we have a replacement, Arsenal are in the same boat they are trying to sign a striker so until they do Nketiah is going nowhere.
