He was outside the court and had permission from the Police to be there (that's what I've heard). He's been caught on a technicality by a judge.....as Robinson had not reported anything that other media outlets hadn't reported.....and as I've said, being outside the court....well that's taking the piss for what he's been taken for. Though I'm hearing that he might also be getting off on a technicality. Edited by Stirlingsays (30 May 2018 12.03pm)

Whilst we all probably know his intentions, the brazen stupidity of committing the same offence for which he had an active suspended sentence baffles me! I am currently having this argument with a friend, Robinson is an idiot. This is not some great miscarriage of justice. He had already been warned by the judge and ignored it. If he is the victim why did he plead guilty to the charge? For a man who presumably thinks the defendants are guilty he is doing a good job of getting them off by giving their lawyers grounds for appeal. As to the case why not wait until it is over then report on it. I heard Nick Ferrari on LBC say the media is desperate to talk about this so it will get covered. I don't know why there are reporting restrictions but often it is because defendants face multiple trials. Whatever the reason the courts cannot be blatantly defied and the defendants are entitled to a fair trial.

Having been previously warned by a judge, this idiot made an hour long video outside the court which may cause a trial to collapse. Furthermore, he tried to video defendants and also commented on the trial, in a facebook live video which was watched by hundreds of thousands of people. This is pretty much a textbook, prime example of contempt of court, and if you don't understand why such laws exist, please do some research before claiming 'freedom of speech'. Prejudicing a court case is not a free speech issue. While i'm all for allowing morons like tommy robinson (or stephen yaxley-whatever) freedom of speech to preach their nonsense about islam, so people who have one iota of understanding of issues of multiculturalism issues can refute his nonsense, I find it unbelievable that anyone who truly understands freedom of speech would consider this an attack on it.

Yet you probably find that unbelievable, and so do not understand the concept of free speech, but instead dwindle on legalities of filming outside a court. I allowed myself to reply to your moronic dribble, but will leave it at that as there is sangria to be had

I prefer the idiots to spout what they wish and be seen for what they are; even if some now feel they have not the cojones to speak out and be proud of their ideology and prejudice rather than in euphemisms and passive aggressive prejudice. These pussies are passive cunds hiding behind others be it religious or mummy's skirts. After all isn't English to stand against oppression?
