Bollox. They put in a great shift today, decimated by injuries. A point would have been lucky, but that team showed plenty of fight. If we get enough players back fit for the run in, we have a decent chance. If not, we may slip down. This.

just got bad feeling that luck has run out this season and we are going down. not seeing enough fight from players anymore and we needed bodies to come into the team and didn't get them in transfer window (why are two of the signing not even getting game time they both must be rubbish) What more did you expect today? For them to bring bats and kinves? We fought hard but we had a makeshift defence which by the end had none of our regular centrebacks on the pitch, a youngster making his debut, a midfielder short of game practice and a striker who is not yet up to full match fitness. The fact it was only 0-1 (although it is of no real use) will give us some hope of scrapping some points against the big guns.

As soon as Chungy came on I think we all knew we were doomed. His only contribution was to mis-control a simple ball and give away a soft throw-in. We never cleared our lines and conceded. Chungy boy didn't have another touch after that. Job done! Why did he even need to come on? There was nothing wrong with Townsend znd Lee is f***ing s***e.

Last time Tomkins got injured, he missed a shot. This time he missed a clearance....how many more now? And both him (probably) and for sure Fosu-Mensah OUT against United. Not looking good... And I bet jach still won’t even get on the bench !

We did look completely toothless though - not a single shot in the second half. I hope Tomkins is only off with cramp and not anything more serious. Hopefully Sakho will be back for the next game to shore things up.

This. Agree. We are now worryingly threadbare. Where's this lad we signed? Not even on the bench!

Lots of positives to take from today. We look up for the fight and were in the game against a good Spurs side. Had some good fortune for a change as well.

spurs was not on it otherwise they could of scored 4-5 if not more. roy needs to drop benteke he doesn't do enough yes he wins headers but does nothing with them and his work rate is poor (was hoping he got booked so would have to miss next game) players wise we might get what 2 back 3 at most we bring in 3 guys for transfer window only one of them is getting game time what is that about? the other two must be poor to not even feature with so many out injured

To be fair a point would have enormously flattered us. We looked championship standard and it seems that's where we're headed. Injuries and poor recruitment have crippled our season.
