I know we lost....but we played the champions at their ground, and had more possession, more shots, more shots on target and more corners. Must take some kind of positives from that.

I may get some stick for this but I think benteke has let us down last couple of games. Penalty miss and a couple of good chances last week. And a header which he should have scored from, and a missed one on one this week....could have won us both games.

Pathetic performance today, Leicester have only managed to beat Burnley & Swansea at home this season & now Palace. Its gonna be a long season unless we sort the midfield out, Leicester controlled everything, they totally controlled the midfield

How about the champions league you do know we were playing the champions of England today.

..but they should have been 0-1 down before the 30 mins mark arrived and they finally awoke, if we had taken our opportunities they may have felt less obliged to come at us with such gusto, it was far from pathetic, Cabaye had a reasonably goodish game and he linked play up well, the trouble we have is the utterly ridiculous and stupidly frustrating long ball and then the slow build up play before we see Townsend and Zaha get anywhere near the ball, we are playing like we still have Bolasie one minute and then Cruyff the next, because we have fixed one end...we now find ourselves having to fix the other.

Play Fryers, we need more pace at the back and if he fails, buy in January. We also desperately need a quality no.10 or go 4-4-2 with Remy. His injury has hurt us more than we know.
Too many mental errors at the back, but they could be more relaxed back there if we took our chances. Benteke was unlucky to hit the bar and have it cleared off the line, but the other misses were poor.
That penalty last week is getting bigger by the week.

Remember we're missing Dann, Soare, Puncheon and Remi today. Looked vulnerable at left back but we'll be well up for next Saturday's game.

We do need a disciplined and battling performance otherwise it'll start looking like another bad run...

..should, but again our defending from the middle is not good and we do not cover our back line with our attacking one, too many are not concentrating..we are just about two players away from getting better results, Pardew needs to look very hard at the players who are not defending.

It's difficult to miss what you've never had.

Wickham and Sako at 2-0 down to me makes more sense than Fryers, CY Lee and Campbell. Usually agree with Pards Pads on subs but seemed like he wanted to defend our (then) 2-0 defeat!?

Alternatively we are 11th in the league.

Losing two on the spin isn't great but this board is bipolar. Win a few and we are heading into Europe lose a couple and we are going to get relegated.

or only 4 points from a place playing in Europe.

Who should we sign in January? Who's likely to be available? Can we recall anyone from loan? Are any of our academy players coming good?

We seemed to have more defensive spine when Pulis was in charge.

How can anyone describe the performance as " pathetic "
Leicester just edged it
The 3-1 flattered them
If Benteke header goes in and not hits the bar its a different game
Im a harsh critic of how we play sometimes , but today was very far from " pathetic "
