Playing a really good inform team and we mached them, I've never had such a comfortable watching experience for palace .. No stress .. We look nice and solid across the pitch .. Townsend and benteke ooze class and bring another lvl to the team .. Brilliant (also someone else said benteke = Velcro chest !he is so class

Regarding the wall jump or stay standing on ground. Can you not have one defender behind the wall lying down across the wall that covers the low shot?

We were under the pump for the first quarter of an hour and were still unlucky to go in one down at half time, but look at our character and resilience to get from there to nearly winning it. And Everton are not a bad side at all.

Great point Palace,we played some great possesion football at times and were the better side 2nd half. Benteke is brilliant and worth the big transfer fee. he'll get double figures if he stays fit.

Very pleased with that. Would have taken a draw before the match all day long. Also thought we were the better team for a lot of the game so a lot of positives.

Cor, that was fun. Good to see Yala being Yala without giving us too much of a headache. Won't complain about the handball, or the offside. (seething inside but nice and calm on the outside...) A point away at the Toffee library (shusshh.) no obvious injuries, 4 games unbeaten and can't see us dropping out of the top 10. It's Friday night 5-6 hr drive back from Scouseland for some or a night on the lash for others. Me I'm lashing it and hoping Scumpton, Chelski and the Boggies have an unpleasant weekend. Friday night football and you could still hear the Palace sing.
