Sky really suggesting that were in for a loan move. As the pato deal is very close. As soon as pato is in I'd watch this space, this this has a real chance now let's hope so.

Problem is...lets just suppose we got him..he would certainly be an upgrade on what we have...HOWEVER..if he didn't score a shyteload of goals because of the lack of service...how many would be berating him and screaming for another better striker to be signed?

If he wants out like reports suggest and we're paying all the wages why wouldn't they even after the bamford scenario, but mourinho let us have bamford and he's gone so....... Just wait and see I guess.

Not relevant to Remy. What Chelsea might not do is loan us another young, developing player. But the Bamford loan is nothing like Remy, who is the finished product and no longer wanted by his home club.

He's been our main target since the summer which is why we haven't spunked money on crap or players we don't want

Exactly. Unfortunately we have to wait to pounce rather than wave 40% more than market value under the holding club, agent and player's nose.

Bleacher Report saying that Remy is Leicester's no.1 target. While on the surface the league leaders might look a better club to join than us, the reality is that Remy would be no.2 behind Vardy and still have limited game time. Whereas he'd be our first choice. Remy's first priority has to be the Euros, right? Or could he be tempted by Champions League football at the cost of the Euros?

I'm posting here for the first time in ages. Although I read the hol most days. There's been a lot of unrest on here of late but honestly we look almost certain to end the window with remy and adebayor as far as striking options go we'd be pretty spoilt for choice.
I think it's not a question of not having direction in the window but more having the patience to wait for exactly what we want.
