Well I'm going to make a claim against Cardiff for loss of beernings.
I had a tenner on Palace to win 1-0, when we scored our first I thought cardiff would put up a bit of a fight, and it would stay 1-0, resulting in me having a free p*ss-up that night.
However Cardiff didn't put up any kind of fight, and were in fact a pile off dogsh*t, costing me the aforementioned p*ss-up.
I will, as payment accept a fully funded weekend away in Bognadorm for me and 3 mates.

Thank you for your time, and I rest my case M'lord.

Apparently Cardiff are trying to say that the result we got there should not stand due to the supposed leak.
This smacks of desperation on Cardiff's part but I wouldn't put it past the powers that be to screw us over.
This story is on the BBC sport website.

Thoughts?

Not against you personally mate but you're the most recent poster that seems to think the powers that be would want to "screw us over" ! What do you base this on ?

A few years ago we had the same situation with Leeds, nothing happened then so I guess nothing will happen now.

Cardiff have denied they have asked the premier league to void the game. See link on previous page. Sounds like bbc stirring things up

Apologies if already posted, but it was reported on 5Live this morning that the text with the Cardiff team was mistakenly sent to Dougie Freedman and it was him who alerted his mate OGS to the apparent leak.

B*stard Dougie, haven't you done enough to f*ck us over?

Genius

Who remembers 1991 ? Finished 3rd in Div 1, only top 2 teams got into Europe after Heysel ban, and Liverpool had (I think) 2 extra years on top of english clubs ban. They finished 2nd. So it should have been us.

They were allowed back in, surprise surfvckingprise.

Definite bias towards big teams over littler teams at the FA, but doubt this will help Cardiff (also a little team) but worth a mention.

You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue
Yours sincerely

Just been on Talk sport that F.A are looking at a 4 or 6 points deduction for the Cardiff team leak. They will make their decision after final games!

So suppose the game is ordered to be replayed, Cardiff win and they stay up at the expense of, say, Fulham or Norwich. That alone will provoke a sh*tstorm of litigation. It's a road the FA just won't go down. These allegations only have legs if money changed hands at some stage and it can be proved so. It's a preposterous notion.

A desperate attempt by Tan to claw back some points and, frankly, it's doomed, like his club, to failure.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Surely they should deduct points from Cardiff for failure of keeping private information from being leaked. F*cking horrible little club, horrible fans and a pathetic little owner.
