You would have thought that other managers would know from the kick-off TP's tactics, particularly away from home. But does TP have a plan B in the we fall behind? Doesn't look like it on this showing. 16% possession ! Even Cardiff have managed 37% (1st. half) at Spurs who are miles better that Swansea! Lets hope for a change of tactics in the second half.

If we average 20% possession, that mean the opposition have the ball for 72 mins and we have it for 18! No wonder we lose.

Crazy that we have a massive squad with dozens of midfielders yet noone who can keep the ball, let alone pass it.

Unfortunately, once we go a goal down, that's it.

Spot on. If we don't up the possession in the 2nd half it will be the same as the 1st. Need to sub either KG or Ledley now, keeping one sub for the last 20 mins. 7 defensive outfield players against a struggling Swansea is bizarre.

Pulis doesn't trust this team to play football so he sets us up this way. These players can play if they are ALLOWED to. The remaining home games are gonna be identical to this pathetic s***..... can't wait.

I have been saying it for a while - We have NO hope of staying up.Yes, I have been negative but for a very good reason. And of course I have been pilloried on here for my negativity !

Dear Willo, if three teams end up beneath us in the table, then, hey presto, we stay up.... At the moment, even after that 45 minutes, there are four teams beneath us. Or, am I being too simplistic!

We can't repeat this performance in 2 half and hopefully Swansea think it is game-over. But no one except JS has delivered and we can't blame it on tiredness. Come on Eagles, show us your South London pride.

I think we'll come out having a real go second half. I'll reserve my judgement til the end of the game. I didn't expect us to win this but as usual I think we planned for a 0-0 HT score line which didn't happen. NOw Pulis needs to be much more positive. 45 mins of extreme effort and attacking play needed. COYP!

Problem with Pulis is he cannot play a team that does not have a "target man" up front. Top flight football in England got away from this mentality 15+ years ago, why cant he ?
Brining on Jerome when we are a goal down, away from home, with little to no possession, shows he cannot deviate from his standard tactics, and thus will be beaten by any semi-wise manager in the EPL.

Yeah - you are being too simplistic. Our run-in exclusively consists of home games against good teams and away games against bottom half sides.

We have already established that we are incapable of getting upset results against the big sides (think we're probably the only team which hasn't recorded a surprise result this season*) and we don't look capable of too many points on the road either. In other words - screwed.

* A cynic would say that, on this performance, any points could be deemed a surprise result. This performance would make Conference sides shudder.

Looks like Murray punched the dug-out first half through sheer boredom...
