Just heard the former vice chairman who just resigned on sky news saying that over 100 UKIP members have infiltrated the Conservative party in that area with the sole intent of ousting Grieve. Luckily it’s up to leadership to actually deselect so that will probably go nowhere.
You know I've heard that the Labour party has many members of socialist worker in it...cough...Momentum....cough. The 'infiltrated' the Labour party and took over the leadership you know. Any complaints?

Nick clegg was voted in on a manifesto of abolishing tuition fees, he got in and hiked them up. Boris got elected in Uxbridge opposing a third runway at Heathrow saying he'd lay in front of the bulldozer, got a cabinet job and approved it. When do politicians ever respect democracy? You wont get an argument from me on that. Here's an idea maybe they should.

UK democracy is vested in Parliament. Our only job is to choose the MPs. And pay for them......and what they decide to do on our behalf. Yeah that's all....Which amounts to them being there. The Mps entire purpose and legitimacy only exists from publicly elected mandates.

This speech is worth a watch its only 7mins and was given in the Bundestag by Dr Alice Weidel leader of the AFD. It has English subtitles. Its a fantastic speech and makes me wish she was on our side negotiating with the EU. She tells Merkel a few home truths namely that Brexit could have been avoided if Merkel has just thrown Cameron a bone as many of us have previously said. I wish I could vote for this woman. If The EU had offered some form of compromise before the referendum do you think the UK would have voted to Remain? That is the gist of her speech if that is called populist so be it I call it common sense. The EU did not have to offer the world just a few tweaks again that is all she is saying. She then points out that maybe the EU and Germany should not be as nasty to its major trading partner again I say that is common sense. If the EU removed the back stop parliament would agree Mrs May appalling deal. They wont because they don't believe that customs checks can be done away from the border electronically and yet they have publicly said that in the event of a no deal Brexit that is exactly what they will do.

It was good to see the bullying and intimidation did not get to MPs. There was a lot going on.
