I usually agree with you but this comment appears to me to be a classic Brexit divisory one, bringing out the worst in us all. Remember we are all Palace. And Willo is always respectful, if almost always wrong.

This wasn't an attack on Willo! It was attack on JRM. I don't agree with anything Willo says but he is near royalty on here. JRM on the other hand has said that state educated people are as thick as pot plants. I was agreeing the poster who said if JRM met Willo the respect would be one way.

Nearly all EU workers are white. Some may have voted for reasons of racism. SOME.

There was a black guy in a Union Jack suit. Not your typical Tommy Robinson racist. There are some Asian UKIP candidates and voters. Neither are they. You can accuse them of pulling up the drawbridge maybe, but racism? That’s from a small minority and are worth listening to as the people who say they’re remain because they’re in fear of how they’ll be viewed if they say otherwise. Nearly everyone on tv included in this which makes the shame of being euro skeptic feel even worse in today’s instant outrage Lynch mob mentality.

Not the same though is it?

Brexit is going to happen, hence there were 500,000 remainers. If Brexit was being cancelled there’d be the same or more.

I no longer buy into the 'racism' trope in the way it's used because that's validating language that is daily abused and often exaggerated.

Indeed, it's weaponised language that's been used to excuse destroying the lives of people who simply disagree with social constructionists and other fantasists. A group of people who have unknowingly and well meaningfully enabled the damage of generations of lives with unrealistic expectations and advice because of their idealism.

However, I think it's valid to point out where people have very arbitrary ideas on what the term means.....or indeed what types of 'racism' are acceptable and what aren't.

Still, I'm fine with people saying what they think and view that as a far better route for an honest society than the roadway we are currently on.
