It's your lack of logic on display again here!

I didn't even hint at what you suggest as it's clearly untrue. All I said was that that type of person was going to support Trump rather than Biden. Not that all the others who voted for him share their outlook.

In which case my question would be so what?
Trump has support in the south which has more than its fair share of racists. It also has more than it's fair share of cowboys, church goers and cactus.

Do you blame him for that too?

Saw a republican lady spouting on sky that this is fraud and corruption has always existed in us elections, in which case, kick trump out anyway as he was obviously put in unfairly, simples!

I think the banter on this thread is beginning to align with the levels of the intellectualism.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

That some feel marginalised, and need to be made to feel included, is a real problem.

A problem for which Trump is not the answer and indeed one he has made worse. The swamp needs draining, but Trump has only made it deeper.

Not all who support Trump are ignorant racist nutcases. However, all the ignorant racist nutcases not only support Trump but are encouraged by him.

You want more examples of bad? How about withdrawing from the WHO, the Paris accord, the Iran deal and undermining Nato? Add giving tax breaks to his pals, breaking trade agreements, starting trade wars, and failing to deal with a pandemic so that 230,000 lives are lost when many could have been saved, just to try to save his own job? Not enough? What about cosying up to dictators and insulting democratic leaders?

There's much more but that's enough bad or 10 Presidents already.

It’s hard to think of a country whose leader has dealt with Covid effectively but just for a bit of balance last year 57% of Americans said they were better off than when Trump took over with record low unemployment particularly among young unskilled workers, manufacturing jobs increased at the highest rate in 23 years, prescription drug charges were reduced, the criminal justice system was reformed scrapping the “Three Strikes” requirement for life imprisonment, the USMCA deal with Mexico included the requirement for collective bargaining to be introduced there which was previously outlawed, domestic energy production increased to the level that America surpassed Saudi Arabia and Russia.
The Paris Climate Accord was estimated to be liable to cost over 200,000 jobs in America and more than double fuel costs.
Heard much about Isis recently?

I do think that the majority of rioting was in Democrat run cities/states.
A load of shootings and knife crime takes place in mainly Democrat run cities/states as well.
Biden never ever calls it out and in Chicago after a weekend of 55 shootings and 10 deaths even the Mayor's twitter feed didn't mention it!
It is quite staggering that the media ignores it (hmm let me think) where possible as well - Chicago is the City I know most about and where I know for a fact that it is just brushed under the carpet.
Does it happen in Republican areas as well - I guess so but don't have the knowledge to comment.
The stats show that the worst areas are Dem run though - certainly over the last few months.
Also - didn't I see that Trump got the majority votes from the BAME community?
If I am right then surely not everyone who voted for him is a racist?
And he must have been doing something right in their eyes?
Happy to have my points "fact checked" by others.

I am also interested to see how long it is until Biden & Co start another conflict or upgrade a current one.

Oh please.

Read this. It is written by The Joint Economic Committee (JEC) which is one of four standing joint committees of the U.S. Congress. The committee was established as a part of the Employment Act of 1946, which deemed the committee responsible for reporting the current economic condition of the United States and for making suggestions for improvement to the economy.

In short, Obama did a good job of managing the worst financial crisis in history. Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats took strong action to rescue the economy, including implementing the stimulus, the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), financial reform and the auto bailout. In addition, the Federal Reserve lowered interest rates and took extraordinary measures to boost growth. Research by economists Alan Blinder and Mark Zandi found that without this multi-faceted response, the recession would have lasted twice as long, job losses would have been twice as high and the drop in GDP would have been more than three times worse.

In President Trump’s first three years in office, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) increased almost 50 percent, while over the eight years of the Obama administration, the DJIA increased almost 140 percent—a substantially greater pace.

Meanwhile, Trump's erratic approach has caused problems.

One analysis finds that the trade war with China had already cost 300,000 American jobs as of September 2019 and the number would rise to 450,000 by the end of 2019. Furthermore, the Congressional Budget Office estimates that the trade war will reduce GDP by 0.3 percent in 2020.

A lot of the BAME votes come from hispanics from Cuba scared of the "socialism" garbage spouted by the don to scare them , after all, they came to the "land of the free" to escape real socialism back in the day. The fact that most areas where there was rioting and protesting is because they have more poverty and BAME people and the rioting /protesting was about black guys getting shot by the pooooo-lice! A bit like the riots here in the 80"s, the areas with most BAME people, had more unemployment, less chances for employment, more pooooo-lice racism- and all styarted after a BAME person- 2 ladies if i remember- were killed by the poooooo-lice- Brixton, Tottenham, Toxteth, st pauls bristol, Handsworth, all labour areas! Same in the" land of the free", i guess!
