Here's a really interesting stat for ya. The polls are now suggesting that Corbyn's Labour will outperform Milliband's. Big slap in the face for those who claim that what Labour need is to move back to the right. Still grim af that the Tories are so far ahead though. Hopefully the scrutiny on their record will increase as the weeks go by and people will realise how clueless and out of their depth their main hitters are.

If the Tories are so great, why have nurses voted to strike for the first time ever?

Possibly a security issue relating to a 'Prime Minister'.Let's wait and see when the Conservative election campaign is in 'Full Swing' shall we when a raft of ministers will be out in force. Regards Corbyn's "Public talks", how can one be sure that these people are NOT hand-picked either ? In any event I was referring to the general message rather than what the leaders have been doing in public thus far. When I mentioned 'Agenda', Corbyn is only appealing to his core membership and not to the wider public with the suggestion that far from trying to win an election he just wants to ensure he will remain leader for some time. Must go out now to do Tory election things !!!!
This was Corbyn in York recently. Good luck hand picking a crowd like that. Look at that picture and compare it to a May one. Literally any picture from her campaign. Those who think the Tories are the party of the people...they never have been and they never will be. They are laughing at us from behind their police lines and tinted glass. One side is calling for engagement, the other side is being as quiet as possible. Interesting times. Attachment: Screen-Shot-2016-06-27-at-21.29.03-440x249.png (197.90Kb)

I think it is very interesting that you view this as 'success'. He may win a bigger share than Miliband but he will be wiped out in Scotland and marginalised in Wales, two traditional Labour heartlands. Hardly success and without winning votes in each, he will never win an election. Unfortunately for you, the measure of success is winning elections and gaining power, thus being able to enact policies. And whom was the last Labour leader to win an election? Tony Blair. Unfortunately if Labour do want power, they will have to use centre left politics to gain it. Edited by matt_himself (15 May 2017 4.05am)

Do you do this in court? Say to the jury, 'well you only have to look at him to see he is guilty'? Maybe some self analysis before analysing others is in order.

Dear Mr Uphimself, Thanks for another piece of searingly bonkers miles off the mark insight. Step outside of your fantasy world for one moment (if you can) ... you are without doubt the reigning king of gratuitously insulting people on here...I could only ever be second rate compared to yourself.. You are also (fair enough, its a free country)one of the most biased posters on here...never seeing fault in "your own". I may be all the things you say (or maybe not in fact) but relative to yourself, I am but a pretender.Don't project your own insecurities onto me...you just show yourself up.

Well, I have always thought the Tories would win,and by a good margin.I still do.I'm not personally a Corbyn admirer,as a leader (or non leader). But,getting 8 points off the scumbag's (woops, sorry I mean Tories' )lead is not bad going,so may not be the total wipe out some predict with glee (as opposed to sorrow on my part). Personally,am an undecided voter betwen: labour,Green and not voting. And you?

Sadly I think its exactly the opposite that will happen. The tories have the media in the palm of there hands and are biding their time IMO. They will see this Small bit of labour momentum and I'd think they'll be fairly relaxed about it, knowing that in the final couple of weeks the media will push them to a landslide.

Is the BBC in the palm of the Tory hands?
