I don’t think so any more. It means the will of the people clearly has changed. So you can’t use it as a pretext for economic self harm any more

He will still be impeached for campaign finance violations and the obstruction of justice juice hasn’t run out yet. He will survive that though as republicans have gone all in on this racist, sexist, xenophobic, pathological liar, narcissitic, immature, cowardly rat of a POTUS. He may well win reelection too, for the same reasons that a second vote could still demand some kind of Brexit. We all know what that reason is too, and what type of person supports someone as insane, dangerous and treasonous as Trump.
