No doubt we will learn the truth about this in time, unlike the actual origin of the virus. The USA will be able to. thoroughly investigate what lay at the base of these allegations unlike China which is a closed shop. There must have been some political pressure from somewhere. Keeping China onboard at the point was, from memory, seen as vital in overcoming the pandemic.
