Hope this gets rolling as people have lost both lives and their whole existence through this thing.

Two incidents doing the rounds today. A young black man shot in a traffic stop and a black army officer pepper sprayed at a traffic stop. Perhaps only black people should police black people? That wouldn't be divisive. Or perhaps black people shouldn't be policed in the US? Biden can come up with that one.

Maybe common sense has arrived? Man loses court case because he was offended by the term coloured. I got the impression that this was faux outrage and that he was looking for a pay day, well he didn't get one.

I am utterly perplexed at how ethnic types can call themselves 'People of Colour' and then take offence at term 'Coloured'. Surely one follows on from the other? Be genuinely interested to read why I am wrong on this.

But that won't stop illogical and convoluted arguments being put forward to try and show that you are.

I've coloured the black bits in my colouring book. Next I think I'll colour the yellow before I do the red. Tell you what, this colouring malarkey is tricky to get right.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Be interesting to see what happens in the US over the next month or so. BLM seem to making a LOT of noise again, with protests closing bridges in New York and numbers on the street in Washington. Throw in what is happening in Minneapolis and you have the potential for the start of a new riot season. Last year, the Democrats who control all the main riot zones, effectively let them happen by way of trying to harm Trump but with him now out of the way, their reaction will be interesting, to say the least. They let the BLM genie out of the bottle last year to suit their political interests. Have they got the will, or even the ability, to put it back again?

Proud to own it. But there is zero logic to this 'coloured' as offensive in context of 'people of colour'. One follows on from the other.
