And not because they were of a different heritage. It was you who mentioned heritage!!! Actually no-one has any control over what colour they are. So this response of yours makes no sense either.

OK, as a thought experiment assume for the moment that there *was* a politically biased judiciary then run your logic again. Then look at the in-group bias graphs here: So dumb arse brainwashed liberals spend far too much time worrying about people who could not give a damn about them and look after themselves. Shock.

He would face the full force of the law for trespass. Yep, I make that right.....from the same logic flow that says you can't second guess judges but you can second guess presidents. Essentially it's clown world.

He would face the full force of the law for trespass. Trespass is a civil offence not a criminal one.....unless he discussed it with his mates, in which case it would be conspiracy to trespass, and conspiracy to commit any crime, criminal or civil, is a criminal offence.

There was a report of a Triad who knocked over an elderly man in an effort to get at the passengers he was wanting to attack. After he was done with beating up passengers he went back to see if the elderly man was ok. Presumably still a bad person though?

There really is no point asking you anything as even if TR saved your family from a blazing house fire he would still be a bad person. What has that reply got to do with my comment? If "Robinson" saved anybody from a blazing house fire he would rightly be regarded as a hero. For that action. That though wouldn't make any difference to the way people regard his other actions. People don't get all their crimes wiped out like that do they? It might count with a character reference and might provide some reason for some credit with the sentence, but that's all.

I have just seen that the Millwall fan who took on the London Bridge attackers bare handed resulting in him being stabbed several times has been refused a bravery award as he had a previous conviction relating to the NF or BNP. How can this be right when he possibly saved several lives?

But then again, that would be banned.
