Please take your own advice. This is just getting more and more cringey. And there is the game set and match moment. Failing to adequately respond to the specifics because you have been rumbled, and resorting to generalities. Anyways, I happen to think you are a little bit ill informed on this one, but you are certainly entitled to your own opinion. I am off out to walk the dog, who cares not for the machinations of Brexit. Edited by Maine Eagle (24 Mar 2019 5.45pm)

I hope EU leaders were watching the march yesterday as it will show them there are still many people here who are not basket-cases. Wide-spread praise in the Europe press for their efforts and patience dealing with the UK.

I spelt out the facts of the situation which was backed up by your own link that you hadn't read past the first line...

What are you afraid of? Is this what you are reduced to? This discussion is pointless. You are not interested in reason. I would have more respect for Remainers if they just admitted that they wanted to reverse the referendum result because they didn't like it rather than try to pretend that they believed that there was proper justification.

Here he is. Are you following war criminal Blair's traitorous example and backing foreign powers against your own country? That's nice.

How about your totally nonsensical claims that there is no such thing as a “deal” or “no deal”? Better tell the PM, entire media and everybody else in the country. Also your fanciful claim that article 50 doesn’t mandate entering into negotiations and we could just leave with the “prescribed steps” is nothing short of ridiculous. I will enjoy the fresh air, cheerio.

The media and politicians have adopted this deliberately misleading concept of deal or no deal. And yet, Leavers were lied to...

People know a lot more now than they did in 2016, which is what I said before in my first post. You may have noticed but parliament is unable to get us out of Europe. It has failed to agree how to do that. Perhaps you have noticed? In the absence of parliament agreeing how to do that, you have 2 other options. No deal or a people’s vote. People begging for no deal are the truly dumb ones. Begging to have less money and a worse economy, it’s comedy. People’s vote is the only way forward and canceling the whole sh*t show should be on the ballot aswell. FFS we have had a "peoples vote" in 2016 unless it was aliens who voted. It's not a peoples vote...its a second referendum.

The media and politicians have adopted this deliberately misleading concept of deal or no deal. And yet, Leavers were lied to... Call it deal or no deal. Call it a treaty. Call it a bowl of rice pudding, who gives a f? The nomenclature is not important. I pointed out quite clearly and unequivocally how you were wrong on several of the things you said, such as article 50 not mandating entering into a negotiation of a withdrawal agreement (also known as a deal), or when you said we could “leave the EU with the prescribed steps”. Total hogwash. Time to move on now.

Talk about focusing on something totally irrelevant. You can call it the “great elgrande” vote if you like, in your own world.
