Trump reportedly saying he knew about the vaccine many weeks ago, but didn't release any information as he didn't want it to impact the US election process. Trump has also set up business offices in Russia and China, which is seemingly at odds with his political stance. And Trump has started sacking Senior members of his staff. Some say this is belated retribution for being dis-loyal. Personally, I think he is trying to make it as difficult as possible for Biden and his team to have access to what has been going on, and to hinder a smooth hand-over of power. The more Trump squirms, the more you think the American public got it right. (but only just) Trump did a lot of good things, but his character is his biggest negative aspect. Now all the cr@p is going to come out.
I disengage, I turn the page. |

According to the BBC officially some states are still counting although it won't affect the result. What a shambles a week later and they still haven't finished. Congress should be embarrassed about the process.

I think that is next week's. The one I watched was "America Divided". Look here for a guide:-https://twitter.com/C4Dispatches?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor That's what I needed, it's called "Divided States of America: Dispatches". Doesn't come up if you just search Dispatches for anyone else who cares to look.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

I don't get why some people are getting upset into a federal investigation into voting irregularity. If anything I would think the Democrats would be demanding an investigation. I don't believe there has been widespread fraud but many Trump supporters do so it's important to show that whilst the process was slow and cumbersome it was legal and fair. Assuming that all these claims are dismissed it will be the finally nail in the coffin of Trump. Any official who objects to an investigation is just adding fuel to the fire "what have they got to hide". As for the claim that this type of investigation is normally carried by the each state well for Trumps claims to be true it would entail widespread fraud and corruption by the very people who would normally carry that out so Trump supporters would never believe them. Better to lance the boil and have the Feds look at it I would be very surprised if they find anything major.

But even more voted for Biden, which makes that point rather pointless. we know the final result, we won't know either the turnout, the swing or the margin. I don't know how much bigger the electorate is either but it certainly has grown since 2016. I have never suggested that all were appalled by his performance, as that's clearly untrue. However when you witness lots of people parroting his specious arguments about the election being "stolen" it makes your requests for evidence look a little bit silly. The evidence for the result is in full view. It can, and no doubt will, be examined forensically. So far no-one has presented any evidence to challenge the result.

That's what will have to happen but I cannot see anything satisfying the hardline Trump supporters. I have been exchanging messages with one, who is an old friend, who keeps sending me clips from InfoWars. He is furious, beyond the reach of reason and determined to resist even at the cost of his life. If you watched last nights Dispatches then you would realise how unlikely that even a full-blown federal investigation would calm things. It looks as though things could get really ugly just when the country needs to work as one to fight Covid. Trump is the only person who could deal with this by standing aside with dignity and doing his best to bring his base with him. That though is just not in his DNA.

Looks like the Dems and all the media puppets are running scared of an investigation. I wonder why that could be? Will the supreme court have the balls to expose the fraud?
