Try a marathon. It might clear the head of nonsensical ideas and give everyone else a longer rest.

In this war I support the Ukrainians.....and I strongly support the peace process to lessen death numbers....I'm definitely against escalation unless a Nato country is attacked....then the gloves come off. Big Military build up of Russian troops and Armour in the Belarussian city of Brest, almost certainly looking to roll south and cut supply lines feeding Kyiv, They might even try going for Lviv. Not sure how well it will do as Russian logistics are a joke. Still Russia shelling Lviv puts the war a 6 hour drive from my doorstep.
