Received a letter today telling me I have a TV licence visit scheduled for early June.

I'm looking forward to it.

I’ve had several, they never come.

It’s designed to scare old ladies into compliance because they are pond scum.

I met a BBC documentary maker last wednesday at a party and it was all I could do to stop myself punching the smug c*** in the face.

Yep, they are on commission and it's all about scaring people into paying for the license, many of whom are broke and don't understand the rules but don't like paying for their woke liberal take on the world, which doesn't represent them.

And it only takes 8,550 people's license fees to pay Mr. Lineker's salary. What a bargain.

Yup that is me CP. It is the only BBC programme I regularly watch. And no I am not a hypocrite. They force me to pay for a licence so why should I not use it. I would be a hypocrite if I didn't pay the licence but still watched.

£150 pa for 1 show a week, not good value.

FYI
Its a football highlights show the quality is only as good as the matches the BBC has no control over that so can't muck it up. I fast forward to miss the experts and would still watch it if it was on another channel, ITV had it once.

You saying you don"t watch question time Badger? Thursday at 10.40? Be honest

If there was a box to tick indicating how the license payers' money should be spent I'm sure an overwhelmingly majority would choose Gary Lineker's crisp engorged bank account.
Considering in some weeks he has to watch football for over an hour he's underselling his talent.

Not for that broadcasting master. In fact the BBC should charge everyone £100 a week, stop making programmes and give the money straight to Gary Lineker.
