So are millions of other things. None of them have anything to do with what ethnicity is. Culture, heritage and history are not defined by science.

Truro, like many places, is twinned. Truro twice! With towns in France and in Germany. Cultural exchanges occur. Culture is therefore the link. Not DNA.
