3 Points. Phew. That was hard earned. Today was a must win. Sheffield will never be catching us now.

A bad start to the evening but it's turning around. What is all the panic about? Bless Roy's cotton socks.

Impressed with Ozoh when came on. Overall result is excellent with much needed 3pts. I think it done us a favour them scoring so early, I got the feeling we rolled our sleeves up and f@caked Roy ball off and went for it. Nice to be going to bed after watching the boys without the hump for a change,

A welcome 3 points against the worst team in the league but at a price whereby our two best creative players leave the field injured again. Hopefully not a Pyrrhic victory, we are abysmal without Eze and Olise.

Not super convincing but the win we needed. Ozoh looked good when he came on. Think we can see how important ayew is to the team. Still haven’t got much going forward without the 2 star boys. Neither looked super injured when shaking hands with everyone on the pitch so I do wonder if them coming off was more tactical and Roy just didn’t want to be seen as negative but whatever. Get in

Phew! at least i can sleep better tonight, we do really need to sort our defence as everytime balls are set in we do not have a dominate defender to defend headers we look so vulnerable, its a big concern!

A good 3 points against a bad side tonight , Kept Roy safe for another few week at least , Henderson doesnt exactly instill confidence in the side or the fans I can see a big bid for Olise and or Eze coming in tomorrow , when they played together it was as good as any partnership i have seen . It was football P*rn kind of sad watching it because they will be gone soon , way too good for us , and hope we get a good price for them and they reach their full potential . Also too good for United or Chelsea, Madrid or PSG i reckon .

Managed to watch the game on an internet link and thoroughly enjoyed the scintillating first half. The second half was a bit tense though. No doubt our two star boys are essential in giving us an edge. Their play at times was mesmerising. Ayew gives his all, Ozoh was strong when he came on and Mateta's hold up play means he should always start ahead of Edouard. Great result. Not interested in all the negative comments. Palace are my team and I love them. Brighton next.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |
