Croydon is a place in terminal decline. Has been for years. The centre is now a boarded up ghost town and even Spoons have shut more than half their pubs. The council has gone bust numerous times and the sheer desperation of the place has made it prime recruiting territory for gangs and pushers. I grew up in Croydon and returned there to work 5 years ago. I was shocked at just how sad it has become. I can't see it getting better any time soon and not sur what of any answers there are. You can rabbit on about a lack of Police /Social workers/health provision all you like but no one on their right mind would want to work their. My family worked locally in the NHS but all have left/retired as the system is o broken it was impossible to do any sort of job. Same with the Police and PCSO's simply not enough inpost to do a job. Very sad

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

I think he's saying that whites comprise the majority of mass killers or serial killers. I've no idea if it's out of proportion or not to be honest.
