Now Norwich don't want relegation or promotion if a Championship season cannot be completed.

I have had 3 different invites to a party today. It is to be held at the Harveys brewery in Lewes.

The invites are from the EFL, FA and the Government.

Would you trust any of the hosts to organise a pi55-up in a brewery ?

I disengage, I turn the page.

And to not put too finer-point on it. This isn't about money, or raising the nations morale or about fulfilling contractual/legal obligations.

This is about putting people's lives at risk.

No-one want to be a dead 'hero'. That kind of trivialises the whole situation.

League 2 clubs vote to end the season as they cannot afford the steps necessary

"It would cost us £140,000 for the tests, we would have to bring players out of furlough and comply with a 47-page health and safety document regarding sterilisation of stadiums etc.

It is probable that league 1 will follow suit although some clubs want to carry on.

League 1 sides are considering extending the play offs to 8 teams.

I'm not sure how practical this would be for the PL but it would make sense if they only played the games that mattered rather than the full 90+.

Maybe a mini league at the top and the bottom?

Well today they start in germany. The eyes of the football world are watching how you can defend a corner at 2m apart. Might be some high scores. Tic.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Over the coming weeks I wonder how many of us will find ourselves with newly developed German team favorites

After today's games it's a waiting game for a week or two. If the players start to get the bug then even behind closed doors could be gone. Heres hoping there are no cases.
