I think it is much easier than you claim: all you have to do is add an extra player for each of the clubs and then buy and sell players to your heart’s content. Alternatively you could pay the extra for the game editor and simply transfer them for a fee.

I personally would have loved the club to get morelos as I think the influence from Roy would turn out to be a great player for us. But this looks increasingly like it's not going to happen. Pity.
