That's where the TV money comes from, and that way they won't face a media storm. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if fans going to the ground get a raw deal as it's publicising the brand of Liverpool, Man United around the world. Oliver's speed in giving those decisions shows to me that he couldn't wait to see Liverpool wim

Nice comments from Gary Neville, 7th or 8th.....think I’d take that all day! We play like that consistently and we will have a stress free season. On NBC anyway just about all the comments were highly complementary, as they should have been, we played a good game, organised, confident, a bit of flair, we did everything right apart from scoring goals and winning the game (I'm slightly worried this is our natural state though, I feel I've said this too much in the past)
Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot. |

Roy is well angry with the ref. Love him. Roy calls out the foul on Meyer (boom boom boom) by Van Dijk. I just watched it again, Roy is right, I was a penalty not given Parrot

[quote=bright&wright;3361531] Nice touch from the Holmesdale giving a 90 minutes silence in memory of the HF.

Sadly we were undone by some clever play by Salah with him taking advantage of the slight contact. I wonder if he watched videos of Tekkers when he used to play for them? If that was Zaha the pundits would be all over it accusing him of cheating. But it's Salah. There is contact and if it's the other way round we would be saying it was a penalty, but it ruined the game.
Overall we probably deserved a draw, which given we played 20 minutes with 10 men is pretty good. Hopefully Ward steps up and tries to win his shirt back. I really hope Man City win the league again as Klopp is such an odious man, compared to the gentleman that is Pep.

Wouldn't do to have palace beat the mighty . No money in that.

Selfish decision from the HF. They should still be in that corner making noise. So arrogant to assume that they had more of a right to take the seats of season ticket holders who had been there for years. If people want to get pissy about a quieter atmosphere blame their arrogance, not Parish. He’s right not to turf people out of seats they’d held for years.

Yes agree with you 100 percent, looks like he had his mind up from the first whistle. Wouldn't do to have palace beat the mighty . No money in that. It's funny how the pundits keep saying the ref made up his mind at once, can't have had any doubt about it, as if that were evidence of the correctness of the decision and the proper decision-making process. As far as I'm concerned it's evidence of the diametric opposite. It has been decided that this year's challengers for the title against Citeh are the bin dippers, so them dropping points early in the season is bad business because it means Citeh win at a canter and the title chase is dead even earlier than it otherwise would be. It's fine for United to drop points away against weed because it's more fun to put pressure on Mourinho and watch him explode given that they've got no chance of getting near Citeh in the first place.
