I can't keep repeating myself

I don't care who is protesting and about what. It is taking advantage of exposure as a sportsman to make a disproportionate noise about a particular issue.

You said it. It is about political leverage. Black activism would be better off targeting problems among black people rather than diverting from that by highlighting shootings by white policeman. That is not so sexy though is it.

Plenty more examples at the ready.

Always moaning about the right wing....You doth protest too much!

I bet you dress up as Michael Portillo.

I think everything is political, and that every thing we do or say, is engaging in discourses that defines and redefines who we are, and society, on a continual basis.

So yeah, I think everything and politics mix. Even when we're not talking about politics, we position our view point through language, which relates back to politics; because our views are what politics are formed from.

But in the real world, it would lead to chaos.

Personally, I don't want to see or hear Eddie Izzard, Russel Brand, Joey Barton or any other celebrity or sportsman using their fame for political ends or protest.

Or do you not realise that you come across as a bit racist?

You communists would say that though.

From the research quoted in that article: There was, they said, a “tendency to overestimate the correlation between race and crime”.

Bet you loved Kenny Everett at the Tory conference.

Did you read my words?

I'll wager they are far more likely to be shot by another black person.

But you like the white cop bad narrative.

Surprise surprise.

At least he was funny. Unlike Jeremy Corbyn, he actually declared himself a comedian.

It's you who are using typical communist smear tactics by calling everything 'racist' or 'fascist' - you'll be calling us running-dogs and paper-tigers next.
