Not sure how personal abuse goes down over there though.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

Very encouraging 1st half half with some good possession play. Only our 2nd pre season game.we will get better. Early signs of Frank's philosophy taking shape.

In any other match, Nyom would have been off with two yellows. Good that Dawson's foul on Wilf brought our first goal, and even better that his deflection brought our second.

Not sure I can fully understand what the plan is for Benteke now..I must admit, I did not really welcome him with open arms, but, towards the end of last season, he really started to win me over with his skillful play, which is very crafty, and sly.. but brilliant to watch and admire. Now, and today was a good example, I only heard his name twice, and didn't really see him in the game at all.. one of the commentators mentioned that now with Frank's new plan, it is not really going to suit Benteke's play.. and I can see that once again we may screw up a player just as he is getting into his grove. These rumors going around, always have a grain of truth in them.. and C. Benteke himself might get a little fed up of once again having to upset his playing style and routine.. As a small add on note to this... I was so-so happy to see Jules out playing, and making some good saves, showing that the ole dog has plenty of pep, and life in that body of his..Full marks Jules.. You will always be my man of the match..

I don't, I would love him to as I think he is better than Hennessy but I just have a feeling Frank will pick Wayne over him

Dawson does seem a t*** but if he played for us we'd probably love him.... a bit like the short time we had Mad Mark Dennis in our ranks. I remember watching him run 60 yards to join in a fight.
You fed me, you bred me, I'll remember your name. |

Of course Zaha was great but really felt that Kelly and Luka was real stand outs today.
