As far as the 'blame game' that can only take place once ALL the FACTS are in the open...I daresay the Local Authority will cop most of it though. But as I said...it really depends on the findings...as you'd expect.

Seems in a globalised world we can't share health and safety data...

Well clearly if was found to be either the cause of the fire or at the very least a factor for how it spread so viciously that would be one thing...especially if it didn't meet current building regs...but then i don't have that answer at the mo... Well clearly if was found to be either the cause of the fire or at the very least a factor for how it spread so viciously that would be one thing...especially if it didn't meet current building regs...but then i don't have that answer at the mo...

Ahhhh, well then...perhaps then that's a starting place. Maybe the way it was installed could be a contributing factor as well? I know there are rumours that the 'breaks' which should be in place at every floor, may not have been installed properly or at all.
