I didn't set a deadline, did I? As per my previous post, this is painfully obvious evidence that Willo is a troll. He's been asked 101 times to specifically answer one question - Does he think the Zaha offside call was correct? He has failed to answer it for pages now. He's also refusing to watch the moment in question but he has conveniently seen several other highlights of the game. I wonder why he didn't catch this part of whichever highlight show he watched? He can say he hasn't got the time or is far too busy to spend 30 seconds looking at the footage but he's happy to rile up an entire forum for days on end because it gives him a strange happiness. If he was simply too embarrassed to admit his mistake and that the referee was wrong, he'd stop posting altogether and avoid the topic. Instead he is intentionally discussing every other possible discussion point including referees in general, refereeing authorities, personal insults, accusations etc knowing full well that people will beg him for an answer to the one valid question. There's even a picture for him to look at and at least comment on that. He'll now quote me and say he hasn't heard such hogwash and he'll now refuse to post any further on the matter. Thanks Willo!

If you firmly believe I am a "Troll", I would re-consider whether your judgement is sound on this matter.I can assure you I am NOT a 'Troll' in any shape or form - just a supporter of our club since the 60s and giving you my honest opinions on HOL. You mention "Highlights" - All I have seen has been the Zaha penalty incident and goals which if I am NOT mistaken appeared on 'Goals On Sunday'.Ive certainly NOT seen the Zaha 'Offside' incident apart from on a photograph. Regards the photo, I would dearly like to see the incident in motion so that I can try and offer an explanation as to quite why the Assistant flagged for offside. If anybody could provide a video clip I would be delighted. Many Thanks. At the end of the day, referees and assistants err in high-pressure situations and we shouldn't expect anything else.I have stated this umpteen times but somehow my detractors continue with the mantra that I never admit that officials get it wrong from time to time.

No one cares that you have stated umpteen times that officials 'err' as you put it because that isn't the question anybody is asking you. They are asking you specifically about one moment and have proven with photo evidence it was a mistake. You are supposed to be a Palace fan but only look to blame the team for a tired performance when they had played 2 tough games in the previous 5 days. Why not support your team and admit in those situations, when too exhausted to play at 100%, you need the referee and linesman to be on point and make the correct decisions because a penalty and/or red card would have turned the tide totally in our favour. Don't get me wrong, if we're still too exhausted to go and beat 10 man Burnley from that position then the fault lays entirely on the team but I can't see how you can claim to be a fan but be looking to defend the Officials in every situation, when the team could now be safe in the Premier League if that decision was called correctly.

I wouldn't be so confident as you have made a major mis-judgement about me I can assure you. I am 65 this November and retired and as such have ample time to participate on HOL. All I do is to discuss and give my honest opinions that's all.I do post a lot because I have the time to do so.

Looking at the freeze-frame, of course the flag should NOT have been raised. Is that good enough for you ? All I am trying to do is to try and understand quite why the flag WAS raised that's all. I don't come on here and say officials never make mistakes.I have said time after time that errors DO occur as officials are only human and have to make split-second decisions in fast moving scenarios. I certainly AM a Palace supporter and have been one since the 60s. I've NOT blamed the team for being tired for goodness sake ! I recognised that we played 3 hard games in 6 days and understandably looked jaded. I mentioned this to an old chap in the pub (Evertonian) and we had a contretemps as he wasn't having all this "Tiredness" talk saying that in the old days they used to play with heavy brown balls and players had to run on heavy pitches, adding the mud from them stuck to the ball and made it even heavier ! He was a miserable git.
