That useless defensive coach Millen is also partly responsible for our downward spiral and when the inevitable axe falls on Pardew,he should go to.
Still in shock that we should have lost last Saturday being 4-3 up with minutes left against probably one of the worst sides in the Premiership.

At the end of the day the Manager is AP, he sets the tactics, picks the team and directs training, as a defensive coach boss says I'm not worried about leaking goals who is overall responsible for defensive tactics?, I say no more!

Exactly. My immediate reaction - after the initial euphoria had subsided was:

1. We can still lose this
2. If we don't, Pardew is still not off the hook because
3. We've played very badly against very poor opposition

When we went one up I thought old school pulis defend the lead against a team who haven't won since the first game of the season. By the time we went 4-3 up I was resigned to the fact we couldn't defend a set piece and it was a matter of whose defence would have conceded the most when the final whistle went

One supporter of hacking argued that without it "you will do away with the courage and pluck of the game, and I will be bound to bring over a lot of Frenchmen who would beat you with a week's practice -Blackheath secretary at first meeting of the F.A

With our reasonable squad of players you really don't think that there is anyone out there who can get them winning more than a handful of games in almost a year?

If that really is the case then Parish might have to think about selling the whole squad in January, giving up trying to be a football club and selling the ground for redevelopment

If its gonna be redeveloped Ill put my name down for a plot as I need a bigger allottment but I dont want the bit where the scarecrows (defenders) stand still as they made the mud swelchy
