Funeral For a Friend at the Astoria last December was pretty f***ing good. I love the Astoria, not too big, not too small, its a perfect venue, the atmosphere was brilliant and of course the band were too. Foo Fighters at Wembley this Friday may top that though...

Machine Head last November was pretty great, Children of Bodom at the Astoria on the 8th of March was amazing and The White Stripes set at Glastonbury a few years back was really good as well.

I've been to many excellent gigs! NOFX at Brixton was fantastic Stereophonics at Brixton was superb Nancy Griffith (supported by Buddy Holly's Crickets) at Southampton was excellent as was Embrace at the same venue but the best gig I've been to was Rancid at Brixton. Cracking memories!
