it has nothing to do with the transfer/paperwork/passport/papers he's simply gone home to tie up loose ends regarding bringing his family over. Someone has messed up here it doesn't take this long unless their is issues with say you have debts or criminal record. My first wife was from asian country and it was done online and sorted in 7 days now she had a very good job working for government and this was delayed due to loans she owed when studying (this had to be paid off before allowed here) but still he should easily meet the requirments regarding football side of things. City had no problems signing Jesus that guy is only 19 from Brazil he has only played for Brazil senior team 6 times. This guy is also coming from playing in EU countries so if you look back at his previous clubs he is not a person who is coming in from outside EU

English cricket counties are being flooded with South African cricketers under the "Kolpak ruling" which states that workers from countries that have a trade agreement with the EU are entitled to ply their trades in the UK As Serbia has a trade agreement with the EU he should be be allowed to play here Edited by Midlands Eagle (08 Feb 2017 3.28pm)
