Manager played me out of position shocker. I guess AWB will complain too, as he was always a winger before we started using him as a full back.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Managing the team' by bexleydave I am not so sure he will not be allowed to attend. Surely if he maintains social distances he will be ok. I am 79 and can go shopping in supermarkets to get food so why is he not allowed to oversee training applying the social distancing rules?

The coach buses, dressing room, asserting his authority in the dressing room, Corridors, dugouts? Without crowds he could manage to the side. Going to be a bit odd.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Managing the team' by bexleydave This was mentioned at the beginning of the outbreak & more recently applying to loosening of lockdown, that the over 70's would have to continue to self isolate mainly due to the fact they are in a vulnerable group. Wether this still is the case, we will have to wait & see.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Just get Roy set up on Zoom/Skype and have a tablet in the dugout during matches. Sounds like an episode of the Big Bang Theory where Sheldon hooks a TV screen and camera up to a robot to keep in touch with his friends remotely.

But isn’t the over 70s restrictions only a recommendation? As Roy has access to quality medical facilities and has been in lockdown, surely he will be able to attend, at his own risk. A bit of media sensationalism imo
